Great hotel right in the heart of the French Quarter.

The location is very good as you can walk all the touristic streets. It was amazing to see the Mississippi River from the room. And the staff were friendly too.

The location of the hotel is good, the room is super clean and tidy, the whole hotel is in line with five points, why I didn't give five points just because the location of my room is not so good, facing the roof full of a lot of air conditioners

Our family had an incredible stay at the JW Marriott New Orleans! From the luxurious accommodations to the impeccable service, we were truly impressed. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant city, and the amenities were top-notch. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable getaway. Wonderful hotel! Stayed there during Mardi Gras which is a super busy and hectic time for the hospitality industry. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel welcome. Room was clean, in excellent condition, and the location is primo for Mardi Gras or just regular vacation. Walking distance to the French Quarter, French Market, Aquarium, and so much more. Highly recommend and plan to stay there again!!

Liked the location, nice staff and clean room. The fridge did not work well and had trouble with coffee maker but overall nice stay.

This was a beautiful hotel to stay in. Fitness facilities and pool were incredibly clean and great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I wouldnt stay here during Carnival though. Its on the parade routes so we got stuck a few times!! Any other time of year, top notch..

Very beautiful hotel, awesome staff, quick service! Getting to hotel was a little tricky due to road closures for parade routes but we made it.

You cannot go wrong with JW. This will now be my go to hotel when staying in New Orleans. Excellent staff and it was easy to get to many places (French Quarter, shops, restaurants) from here. Everything else was a 10-15min ride share trip. Also, and most importantly, the property was beautifully maintained and CLEAN. I am super particular about lodging cleaniness and this hotel met my specifications.

The heater inside our room was not working. We called for maintenance a couple of times. The same technician came twice worked on the HAVC with limited success. He also made quite a mess. He suggested housekeeping will be coming to clean the room. No one showed up for our entire stay.

The beds, linens, towels, shampoo, etc were great quality. The staff was always friendly, the room service was timely and food was great.
