The Eliza Jane billed a 'Destination Fee' of $30 daily; this amount was not included in the daily rate of the original offer (it was in the fine print underneath). I may of picked a different hotel otherwise. Room was clean, but otherwise just so-so, several lukewarm showers, no shelves or hooks in the bathroom, no luggage stands, few hangers, etc.

The propertly was beautiful and the room was pretty. My biggest complaint is the fact that the hotel has charged me twice for the room and is doing nothing to help me resolve this.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The ambiance is clean, comfort with a unique style. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious & clean and the bed was so comfortable I could’ve slept for days. I can’t wait to return, wonderful experience overall

Lovely hotel with inviting staff and great amenities in a prime location.
I traveled with friends and loved my room. Highly recommend getting a Magazine street view room otherwise you’ll be in a dark room with no windows.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Great staff service. Good amenities. The only downside in going with a hotel this old is that shower pressure was near non-existent. The beds were very comfortable.

Our stay here was amazing. The hotel was perfect and we slept so well!! There were great spaces throughout (the outdoor area was super) and our room exceeded expectations.

The overall experience was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar, sitting and dining areas were very stylish, comfortable and spacious. The food was good and the cocktails excellent. The upper floors are less impressive, being a little dark, but still very clean. Our room was relatively small, but at the lower priced end of what’s available so not surprising. The only two small drawbacks was that our room was very dark when the sun had gone down and extra lighting was required. Also, like every hotel I’ve stayed in lately far too few coat hangers!
All of that said my wife and I really enjoyed our stay at TEJ. We would definitely go back.

Loved the hotel. Beautiful space in a wonderful location. Our room, however, #125, was very dark. It needs a couple of more lights. One by the TV and one in the coffee area would be perfect.
