My husband and I spent one night at this property after getting off a cruise ship. Absolutely loved this property! It was so esthetically pleasing from the lobby to the rooms. The front desk attendant was the sweetest lady and we were able to check in early thankfully. If not, they do store your luggage so you can explore. The elevator is very small. Really only room for 2-3 people with your luggage. Not a big deal just expect to wait some if it’s a busy time for check in or check out. The room was so beautiful. On the small side but so charming with a super comfy king bed and very clean as well. There was a coffee machine, a small fridge, and even a safe for your important stuff. It was just such a pretty room! The area was perfect. Tons of stuff to walk to from food, coffee spots, and shopping. Now I will say this. The walls were the thinnest ever…lol. Our room was right next to the elevator which we heard every time. And you could hear everything in the hallway. Early in the morning we could hear someone having a coughing fit in his room which was a few doors down. Not a deal breaker for me honestly…maybe because the hotel wasn’t noisy at night and honestly….its New Orleans! I mean there is so much commotion and noise going on everywhere. I didn’t hear anything at night thankfully so my rest was peaceful. Overall, I loved this hotel and would definitely stay again if I ever visit The Big Easy in the future!
