We had a great time. The rooms were super clean and we were lucky to get a room at the top level 44. Some writing suggest that the elevator takes a lot of time but in our case there was no issue with it. Staff was super nice aswell

Recommending this hotel booked via Trip.com! Located in downtown area and very near the subway stations! Great room as well!

Service was great but my daughter left her headphones in the room and we called lost and found right after we checked out and no one returned my call. Had to call like 4 times and when I was able to finally talk to a concierge they said that there were not there!

Clean and tidy hotel within easy reach of all the Downtown attractions, WTC, Battery Park, Staten Island Ferry etc with easy access to the Metro. Restaurant food is expensive but there’s lots of street food and supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. Fairly easy (and cheap) to get to from Newark International AirPort. A few people said the lifts were slow but I never had to wait overly long. I’d stay there again

The location is great if you want to stay downtown. The front desk staff is lovely. The elevator situation is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t bother trying to order room service. They are rude and incompetent.

It is not very convenient if you want to go the midtown, but the room is quite good

The room is nice and spacious. Everything in the room is very clean too! Most importantly, the location of the hotel is really good. But the elevator isn’t that great. It takes way too long to wait for the lift.

This hotel is 5 mins away from Charging Bull and NYSE. Train station is also very near. Walking distance to take Ferry to Statue of Liberty. Supermarket is also very near.  However, room is small and partition is thin. When next room closed the room door, can feel my room shook as if a mini earthquake. Next thing is there are only 3 lifts shared by 44 floors of rooms. If rush for time, better to take the lift earlier.  Due to the very expensive land in NYC, I have to scarifice room space for convenience.

Nice hotel and really good location, all staff also nice. We got a good experience to stay here.

Good place to stay

Customer service is really bad, and you are not getting complimentary water unless you sign up as their member. Would say the front desk representative is rather a racist but overall the room is clean and location is great.

Nice hotel! And great location for solo travelers. City view at night was also ok. 😊
