First time staying at this hotel for 4 nights. Location is excellent. Easy access from airport bus to Port Terminal nearby. Gym is 24 hours. Able to allowed me to check in early even at 8am due to my flight arrived early morning.

The location was excellent. Unfortunately, there was a protest right in front of the hotel during my stay, which woke me up early in the morning with the noise, so I couldn't get a good night's sleep.

The staff was really helpful and accommodating. Disadvantages: 1- The water in the sink barely drained. 2- The air conditioning was very noisy. 3- I was charged an additional \$35 per night for taxes, even though the trip.com website listed the price including taxes.

The location was fantastic, right near the subway station and within walking distance to Times Square and the theater district. The front desk staff were very friendly and happily stored our luggage, which was a great help. The room was small, but it was clean and well-maintained. I'd definitely stay here again.
