Nice located n well service but i lost couple ****s there n they didnt find it back

I have stayed here a number of times and generally am quite pleased. This stay was sub par. The computer systems at the front were down the entire stay resulting in extended time to check in and check out. Tthey promised to call once the room was ready and that never happened. And, if that were not enough, the HVAC system in the room did not work making for a bad night of rest. I will rethink returning to the Park Lane.

We loved this hotel. It was very attractive with spacious room and fabulous housekeeping. Convenient location. Nice area.

The hotel room is 40 square meters, and the space is large enough. Opposite the hotel is Central Park. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the Metropolitan Museum through Central Park. The surrounding yellow line, blue line, and green line subway are convenient for travel. I would like to mention Ctrip’s service in particular. It's great. I helped solve any problems I encountered during my stay at the hotel. I will book a hotel on Ctrip next time.

The service is good, the takeout is delivered and no tip is required. It is larger than the hotel I booked before. Central Park is just across the road. The location is good. Really recommend!

Very unfriendly to Chinese people! have a bad attitude! We booked a suite with our children, and I was asked to pay an additional 8,600 yuan for an upgrade before we could move in. If you don't stay, the room fee will be deducted by about 3,700 yuan for one day! They refused to let us check in, so we had to take our children and look for a hotel again. We wasted several hours, and we could only wait in the lobby for the co-processing process! The lobby is small and dirty, with the feel of a European farmhouse in the village! The only good thing is that the big waiter helps with loading and unloading luggage!

The room facilities are relatively old, the service is average, I feel that it is not as good as the previous stay, the hotel has a unique location, and the view of Central Park is beautiful.

The location is unique, right on the edge of Central Park, the top floor has a wide view, the room background music and TV background wallpaper are very fresh and natural

The hotel is right in front of Central Park, close to museums and Fifth Avenue. You only need to walk to famous brand stores without taking a car. The hotel room is spacious and specially designed, but the bathroom is relatively small. If you want to have buffet breakfast at the hotel, it is best to purchase it on the platform. Because the purchase price at the hotel on the same day will be US$75.
