The check in was confusing because of the two buildings on the property. The room was nice and some of the views were very good. Other rooms had no views. Ask at the front desk if you have any views from your room

One of our favorite places to stay in Middletown/Newport! The staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms in the suites building are spacious, clean, and bright. Parking is convenient - one car/space per room. Will definitely stay again!

The hotel was average. Room was nice but property as a whole is outdated. Our room was clean. The shower was absolutely horrible, no water pressure at all. Finally hotel was extremely loud with kids running up and down the halls screaming, slamming doors and making all kinds of noise that lasted well past midnight. Air conditioner in the room is very loud. It runs for about 30 seconds then shuts off for 1-2 minutes and then the cycle repeats. Couldn’t hear the television. Ended up shutting it off and opening the window, luckily it was a nice night.

Some of the guests were loud and it felt a bit uncomfortable and unsafe. The gap in the entry doorway didn't help. It's too bad because it was a cute place and felt other guests also felt a bit uncomfortable because of a few obnoxious guests.

You really need to install doors that don't slam. We were up all night because of people coming in and out of rooms and slamming the door or letting it slam shut. We were on the second floor and I had specifically asked for a quiet room and being next to the elevator did not help things. So exhausted. Going to tickets next door was fun.

Hotel was clean and mostly updated in a great location. Two concerns- 1) the outside doors to parking lot were all ajar- unlocked and in rough shape- anyone could wander in off the street (makes for dangerous stairwells-( especially for women on their own); 2) staff didn’t seem to know what they had for services- told us there were no vending machines so we had to buy a $5 bottle of water from the front desk.
