The location is near to all metro, JR station. Hotel surrounded by restaurant. Room is clean and comfortable.

It's very close to JR Yamanote Line and Subway Tozai Line, quite and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.Breakfast is worth the price.

Just across the exit of Takadanobaba, this place is spot on! With kfc, McDonald’s, donki, daiso and many other shops nearby. 7-11 that’s 24 hours! Can grab breakfast before heading out next day. Very convenient for us because our itinerary was to leave hotel at 5am usually.
Hotel has Chinese speaking staffs and they have welcome drink without snacks.
Hotel also looks relatively new. Even though bed was smaller, but we loved the furnitures in the room. Lightings were perfect. And bathtub was very helpful in winter. Laundry is free each wash is 30 min but dryer need to pay 100 yen per 30 min. Oh can I just mention they have YOUTUBE, NETFLIX on tv and a HDMI adapter (we didnt use much)
Their water provided is at the same level as laundry, so take for yourself and they even have ice maker machine for you to fetch ice back to the room and enjoy the drinks.
