Such a lovely stay in Nice for a night. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The location is great with few mins walk to the beach, there are many restaurants around the hotel.

Location is excellent. Walk to everything. A few maintenance items like broken shower and bath not draining properly but otherwise good stay.

The staff were very welcoming, the little extras that made our stay more enjoyable were a nice touch for example we had a hand written welcome message left in our room, and a hot drinks machine was available in the dining/bar area which you could get a drink at any time. The reception staff were very helpful with suggestions of where to visit or restaurants, this helped make the best use of the time we stayed as the recommendations were very good. We will definitely be back in the autumn as this is a great place to stay, 5 minutes from the tram station and a stroll to the promenade. Thank you to all at the Jay.

There is a guy at the lobby who I forgot to ask his name but he was super nice and he memorized all the families last names!! Such a nice gesture. It is super convenient, closed to downtown and train station. You don’t need a taxi at all

We had a wonderful stay I this hotel. The staff is so friendly, the hotel really nice & well localised, & our room very comfortable for a family. We will choose again this hotel if we are lucky enough to come back to Nice.

The hotel is in a safe and good neighborhood. A walking distance to everything that you need in Nice. Staffs are helpful and kind.

Hotel with character but still updated with all modern amenities needed. The highlight is definitely the friendly staff who greet you each time you walk in and are able to offer great recommendations.
