Crown Inn Hotel

I stayed there a couple of times. Very bad. Cockroaches, dirty air conditioners, dirty and filthy beds, things are falling off the walls, nothing works, shutters don't work, dishes forks with knives are simply kept lying on shelves, a lot of problems with water coming out of douche on the floor, dust on EVERY singe item and furniture, even I started to have papilloma on my body after visiting it, morning breakfast in inedible (except toasts and overfried really hard bacon) because it looks really unappealing and won't risk it, decor is way dated (but that would be OK if all was well). Stuff is for sure taken advantage by owners, so they have to lie about things. I asked to make sure that a kettle has no limestone inside when I enter, guess what? It has like 2mm of that inside and stove did not work. These people are taking advantage of the fact that there're no many available hotels in Nicosia, that's it, but I wish the whole place gets burned once, because obviously the owners know it, and they just squeeze every cent out of it, not investing a cent. One of the rooms I rented had 2 electric kettles, but non of them worked, and when I told them in the end why was it so bad, all they did, they told me that "you should have asked". Really? Is this how bad you know the situation in the hotel??? Hair in the bathroom, hair on the floor, sticky surfaces everywhere. They send a cleaning lady once in a while, but it won't help, cause every surface is filthy and been there for ages, a quick wipe won't work in this situation! Just burn the whole thing to the ground, it's hopeless as most of such places in Cyprus are. Will this comment help to make the place better? No. The owners gave up, that's it.
