Hotel Indigo Ningbo Riverside

This time I came to Ningbo and stayed at the newly opened Hotel Indigo. The night view was beautiful and the service was warm. I am very grateful to the guest service manager Ruby for arranging a room for me. It was very good, with beautiful environment and nice facilities! Come again next time

As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was attracted by the uniquely designed and visually beautiful facilities and environment. Every detail reveals the care and makes me feel particularly warm. There is a lobby bar on the first floor, where you can order an exquisite afternoon tea and pass the time slowly, which is just the right amount of comfort. When checking out, she also asked me thoughtfully about my stay experience. The details were very heart-warming. It was a very pleasant stay this time and I will choose Indigo Cultural and Creative Port in the future. (The surrounding environment is also really beautiful)

Because I mentioned it was an anniversary, the hotel thoughtfully gave me a small cake and upgraded me to a river view room. The room is spacious, well laid out and has good lighting. Moreover, the sound insulation effect of the hotel is very good, and there will be no interference from the outside world at all. I will choose here again next time I come.

The room is not big and the surrounding is a bit desolate. The top floor is still under renovation. Fortunately, I have a car. There is a curtained entrance to the room. The most dissatisfying thing is that there is no table, it is very inconvenient to put on makeup, the mirror on the dressing table is unreasonably placed, and the bathtub is next to the shower. The Park Hyatt is more comfortable. The attitude of the front desk is very good, but the mini bar says that one night's stay is one round, but it is gone on the second night, which also lacks a little overall perspective.

On a family trip, my wife found this hotel. According to the introduction, it only opens in December. I booked a two-night package in a single room on Ctrip. Because plans have changed, I need two rooms for one night only. Consult Ctrip and let me contact the hotel for confirmation. So I called the hotel phone number. The hotel staff responsible for helping me verify and solve the problem were very patient and professional. After communicating and confirming with Ctrip, they replied to me and said that they could be written off and used in the way I wanted (two rooms for one night). At the same time, the room upgrade rights of the original package would continue to be retained, and both rooms were upgraded to river view rooms. Special thanks to Ms. Lumi for verifying and communicating with me throughout the entire process. The experience upon arrival at the hotel was also very good. Check-in went smoothly, even the baby's grandma forgot to bring her ID card, which was quickly resolved. Entering the room, the river view room with double bed is very comfortable. The minibar is fully stocked and free of charge. The Nespresso capsule coffee machine and Dyson hair dryer are very useful, thumbs up. Because I had a 3-year-old baby with me, the hotel learned about it and prepared special slippers and toiletry sets in advance. The service was very considerate. At around 10pm, I reported to the front desk that the air conditioner temperature was too high and it was quickly resolved. Very satisfied. The breakfast the next morning was also very satisfactory. The Chinese and Western dishes were complete, fresh and high-quality, and tasted very good. The family of five was very satisfied. The hotel also has a gym, beverage/bar, heated swimming pool, and baby activity room; due to time and energy constraints, I did not fully experience it. But I think there will be another time to stay, and I will come back to experience it then. ****************Little easter egg**************** This should be the first time I have encountered a hotel that provides pick-up and drop-off service throughout the entire trip. In addition, after check-out, we also thoughtfully prepared souvenirs and souvenirs for children, which is a lot of extra points, not only for the hotel, but also for the city of Ningbo.
