I won't recommend it again. The hygiene and front desk need to improve their service awareness. I hope they can improve themselves.

Ningbo was very hot on March 29, but the hotel said it was not time to turn on the air conditioner and did not provide air conditioning. It was so hot. You can only open the window for ventilation, but under the window is the exhaust system on the top floor of the shopping mall next door. It is very noisy at night, but you can't close the window because it is hot🥵

1. This is my second stay. The first time was at the end of August of the previous year. There was no breakfast due to the epidemic at that time, and the price was slightly lower.
2. This time, there were cockroaches in the first room arranged. I asked to change it. At first, they didn't agree. Later, after I strongly requested, they changed the place.
3. There was breakfast this time, but it was very bad. I guess those sweet potatoes were not finished the day before and continued to eat the next day;
4. The hair dryer is very difficult to use. The switch can't be pushed up. I called the front desk and they said they were all the same. I asked to change it. The auntie who sent the hair dryer was very good.
In short: If there are other hotels nearby, I will not stay in this one again.
