不太衞生，角落啊棉被都不太乾淨，服務還可以，還有個早餐我不得不説，真的太沒有食慾了，東西還少，28一個人的標準，炒麪和炒飯根本沒有顏色，我不會燒飯，自己炒都炒的比這個好吃

酒店管理很好，服務環境都很好，房間乾淨整潔，工作人員彬彬有禮，早餐品種樣式很多，去東錢湖景區特別近，設施也很齊全，地下停車場還有充電樁，對電車很友好，特別推薦進去韓嶺老街，十分鐘左右！比較推薦入住

帶三小衹出遊，很慶幸選擇到這一家，孩子們都流連忘返，體驗感超級棒！温柔有愛的文靜小姐姐超級有耐心，非常細心的講解附近的景點，還貼心的準備了小童牙刷。非常推薦哦（前台小姐姐推薦的韓嶺老街很不錯😀 ）

設施：交通十分便利，邊上就有公交車站，六條公交車線路可達你想去的各個景點，酒店的停車場都免費 衞生：床品很乾凈，房間比較整潔，馬桶浴室洗漱台都非常乾淨 環境：酒店門口的鮮花養的很好，還有很大的鮮花拱門氣勢恢宏的寧波國際會議中心，去小普陀，韓嶺老街開車就十幾分鍾。 服務：無論是經理，前台服務員，廚房服務員及打掃衞生的每一個人，服務態度都無可挑剔，特別細心😁

交通位置離地鐵站和景區很近，房間WiFi網絡速度快，早餐品種很多，餐盤擺放整齊，果蔬到粥、麪、糕點一應俱全，食堂阿姨也很温柔。酒店停車都是免費的，特別是門口的月季花很多，花開得很漂亮，還有花的拱門，在房間裏看着樓下開滿月季花，心情很好呢😊

酒店房間挺大，室內空氣清新，服務態度熱情 地理位置也很方便，去東錢湖周邊的景區都很近，打車方便，離公交站也很近，外賣都是有專門的工作人員送上門的 酒店員工的服務態度給人留下了深刻的印象。無論是前台接待還是客房服務，都非常熱情周到。他們總是盡力滿足客人的需求，讓人感到非常舒心。離國際會議中心很近的，價格也在東錢湖周邊算是性價比很高的了，總的來説各方面都值得推薦
