房間衞生還好，廁所垃圾桶手動開關，感覺不太衞生，位置雖然在南塘老街附近，但是也挺遠的離熱鬧的地方，離地鐵站挺遠的，都沒坐過地鐵，因為走過去就要1.5公里左右，太不方便了，房子是老居民樓，下面是公園，很早就有人擱那跳舞放音樂，早上七八點就有船通過，很吵很吵。不能幫暫存行李，樓下有，5塊一個箱子。落了一套睡衣，阿姨處理掉了，也沒有問問啥的，挺難過的。

雖然房子和樓道外觀有點老，第一印象不太好。但是進房間後還是很驚喜的，感覺很乾凈很有感覺。房東服務也很好，有問題都會解決
