酒店在鼓樓地鐵站附近，公交地鐵非常方便，周邊有恆隆中心等，位於寧波最繁華的三江口地段，到鼓樓景區比較近。房間似乎是公寓改造的，設施比較齊全，衹是房間面積小，東西有點擁擠。

位置非常方便，在鼓樓站F出口對面。鼓樓站是1號和2號線交匯，從機場或高鐵站到鼓樓不用換線。步行到鼓樓老街或天一廣場大概5-10分鐘，也可以從鼓樓站裡地下街東鼓道往天一廣場。
房間在9樓，要坐電梯到8樓再走一層。房間面積不大，大的行李箱應該打不開。大床睡兩個人可以。基本設備如拖鞋和其他一次性用品都有。衛生間抽氣不太好，關掉燈和抽氣後味道會傳到房裡。
考慮酒店的位置和價格，覺得性價比還算不錯

酒店位置不錯，對面就是地鐵站，去鼓樓很近，衞生條件一般，不過價格優惠，感覺性價比挺高，房間不大，基本滿意。
