TTC Resort - Doc Let

Very disappointed with this establishment in which I have made several stays. 1. "Renovation" which consisted of repainting the bungalows and removing the bathtubs but strictly minimum. 2. Breakfast offering only Vietnamese dishes. NO Western food available. After complaint, we are entitled to tasteless cheese 2 days out of 7. In addition, hygiene leaves something to be desired: no film on the fruit and certain dishes, result: flies. Lipton tea resembling herbal tea. 3. Swimming pool closed throughout our stay. 4. The Resort welcomes social groups who do integration exercises with music or noise, including during breakfast. Quickly unbearable. 5. No more bar, but drinks vending machines. 6. Very expensive hotel restaurant for very poor quality. 7. If the surroundings of the Resort are clean (cleaned beach), beyond that, the beach and the water are in a pitiful and unacceptable state: trash, leftover meals, plastics. Where is the beach and the “crystal clear” water praised by the Vietnamese tourism authorities? 8. Restaurant outside the Resort which benefits from its almost exclusive situation (the others are closed, permanently?). 9. The only consolation: no Russians, unbearably arrogant and rude customers, nor Chinese groups, very noisy. 10.A huge complex (hotel) is being built near the Resort, raising fears of the worst for this beach. In short, as much as I had been quite lenient in my previous opinions, here we go beyond the limits of what is acceptable. I absolutely no longer recommend this Resort, nor the beach for that matter.
