A few years ago it was probably a decent popular onsen. Unfortunately, the facilities are aging, and the well meaning SE Asian staff is fairly clueless about proper service (eg. several of the small baths are for 1 couple at a time, but you have to go check if anybody is in, as there's no reservation possible. When I suggested making a waitlist, the 3 attendants that walked us to the - already occupied - bath had no clue what I was talking about...) The pleasant manager did pick us up at the train station.

You can relax in the hot water, and the food is delicious! It's been a while since I've had such delicious food at an inn. The surrounding area is quiet and you can see Mt. Fuji from the room, which is great.

The free-flowing hot spring was a perfect fit for my body. There was also a private open-air bath, handmade by the staff, where you could have the view of Mt. Fuji at sunrise and the diamond sunrise all to yourself. Putting on your favourite yukata, you could bathe in the hot spring multiple times a day and wash away all your stress. The building remains as it was in the Showa era. It was nostalgic for someone from the Showa era, and by the time I left I was starting to feel sad about the excessive convenience of the Reiwa era. A truly precious inn.

This is a traditional inn with a comfortable a**osphere. We enjoyed a private hot spring with a view of Mt. Fuji. We had some trouble when we checked out, but they kindly dealt with it, which was very helpful. Thank you. We will use your service again when we come to visit. This is comfy and traditional inn. We enjoyed Onsen with My.Fuji view. I really appreciate for kind staff took care of the problem when we checked out.

The facilities were old, and the business twin room did not have a mirror, washbasin, or toilet. However, it was right in front of the large public bath, so we could use that instead. The price was cheap, so I thought it was fine. Looking at the amount paid in advance, the tax seems to be set quite high, but I wonder what the details are. In addition to that, we had to pay a bath tax of 150 yen in cash when we checked out.

There were tiny ants in the room. The fridge was so small it barely fit in it. The bath was good, but everything else was not so good. If you use it, you have to choose a more expensive room.

I stayed at this hotel at the discounted business plan price. I had originally booked it just to sleep, so I had no complaints about the room, and perhaps because it was soundproof, I didn't mind the sounds of a parent and child playing table tennis in the lobby. But what I liked even more was that I could use the large communal bath and private open-air bath for a bathing fee of 150 yen. And I'll probably stay at this hotel, which retains my beloved Showa-era a**osphere, again before the year ends.

This inn has a great hot spring. There were lots of explanations inside the bath which made it easy to understand and fun. The all-you-can-drink tea was very helpful. The building was cleaner than it looked. But the flowers in the bathroom were dead.
