Excellent customer service, clean, spacious rooms, and a good variety of breakfast options. The area is quiet yet convenient as well.

The overall experience was pleasant for me. However, we tried (both my husband and I) to get housekeeping to clean our room--which never happened. My husband and I both called, left our room number and asked for service which never came. We were there three nights which qualified for a cleaning. I would add that our breakfast attendant on our last day was super attentive and helpful- I thought she made up for the other issues we encountered. However, my husband is so irate he will never stay there again.

Pros: the room set up was fantastic. Our family was very comfortable. There was plenty of space for us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen area was great. It was very clean. The staff was super friendly & helpful. The pool was great too.
Cons: there is a daily parking fee that I didn’t know about until checking in. It is NOT quiet, which wasn’t an issue for us but may be for others. I could hear neighbors brushing their teeth & on Sunday morning the housekeeper cleaning the room above sounded like it was under construction.

We liked every thing about the room. I think the tv remote in #317 needs new batteries. There seemed to be drag racing on the road somewhere at one in the morning and later. Otherwise it was quite convenient. Oh yeah, I’ve never had to pay to park at a hotel before. Kinda surprised us.

The room was well laid out and well provisioned for having a meal there. Loved that there was a dish washer.
Also really appreciated that there were drawers in the bathroom to put stuff away

Good place for a family to stay: clean, very affordable for the quality. The desk staff did their job, and they were nice, but could be improved. Otherwise great place.

Enjoyed staying here very much. Be aware that the parking fee is $10 a night. Very close to stores, food, etc.

The beds and shower were great. However the breakfast wasnt very good. They only had chocolate muffins. Also there were waffles but no bacon, sausages or eggs. All sweet stuff with the exception of yogurt.

Hotel was 10/10. Family friendly, staff was amazing. Provided board games that were enjoyable for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
