請平台將客房不帶浴室明顯告知，公共浴室是什麼鬼，入住才知道，已經無法取消。無奈加錢去私湯，其中發生匪夷所思的烏龍事件，有男子擅自闖入私湯屋，且在門口掛牌“使用中”及鎖門狀態下，驚嚇程度無以形容。經投訴雖然免去浴資，但造成心理陰影恐非短時間解決。
另外酒店提供早晚兩餐，以個人體驗晚餐極其難吃，歸納幾個字：淡甜腥，無法下嚥；早餐還可以接受。
總之勸看客能避則避，慎訂。

服務：非常貼心熱情的服務，感受這家店的所有工作人員（包括前台的老爺爺、年輕女生們、餐廳的各個服務員）都很熱愛這份工作，可以看出他們發自內心的微笑。辦理入住時，會奉上熱茶、毛巾，並幫忙提行李進房間。
環境：雖然在是滝乃家的別館，位置在温泉街，沒特別景觀，但距離車站、便利店、各個景點都很方便，步行前往地獄谷入口也就5分鐘。
衞生：雖然開業有一段日子，但是非常乾淨。
設施：是我們這次行程歷經定山溪、洞爺湖後，一致認為登別温泉的温泉水最好的，奶白色的硫磺泉水，泡完很解乏。
餐食：一泊兩食，雖然份量不多，但精緻美味，喜歡！
這家小旅館給人温馨的感覺，非常推薦。

登別這裡是温泉集中地區，旁邊都是很大的賓館式酒店，這家小巧精緻別有一番風味，就是泡澡的温泉有些小，早餐晚餐很精緻。

酒店不大很安靜，店應該是開了很多年，房間有點舊，但是面積大，床品舒適。服務是典型傳統的日式温泉酒店的服務水準，非常到位。驚艷的是晚餐，在吃過的温泉酒店晚餐中可以排名第一了，每一道都好吃，吃撐了還是全部掃光。早餐也特別好吃，吃過的温泉酒店早餐中排第二吧（心目中第一還是河口湖的花水亭）。免費咖啡一定要喝，好喝，超過了很多咖啡店的賣的咖啡。前台遇到的老先生頭髮花白，但是身材挺拔英語説得非常好。總之強烈推薦這家温泉酒店。

傳統日式榻榻米房間，很乾凈，在湯池那邊洗澡泡湯，房間其他設施齊全。懷石料理不錯但是量有點大，我們三個女生剩了東西很不好意思！交通兼職不要太便利，從新千歲坐機場大巴到温泉中心站，幾步就到酒店。出門就是那條有趣的温泉街，對面的冰淇淋店很棒。總之非常非常好。
