不需另外付費加購其他服務 但都有五星級服務
水上小屋漂亮 設施應有盡有
但不喜歡小孩不要訂 因為很多家庭客

我就針對上面的四項指標了點評一下這家酒店，1、衞生我給了3分，房間或者島上的其他區域倒還行，但是早餐的地方蒼蠅成災，無論是麪點區還是冷盤區，特別是放各種調料的地方，在蜂蜜罐裏面的勺子上都站滿了蒼蠅。2、環境沒的説，5分不是因為酒店，而是大自然。馬爾代夫大部分的島環境都沒的説，這是老天爺賞飯吃。3、服務我給了3分，原因是在去馬爾代夫之前我已經和酒店方面有過多次的郵件往來，主要是提供了一些必要的訊息給到酒店，當然我也提了一些個人的要求，得到了酒店方面的郵件確認已經安排。但是當我到達之後發現沒有如郵件中承諾的那樣，我通過攜程反應了這個問題，也沒有得到酒店方的誠懇表態。這點我很不滿意。4、設施方面我打了5分，這個島算比較大的，除了一般小型海島能提供的水上項目之外，還有水上城堡，還能租賃電動小汽車，算是不錯了。

我最大的島之一，有499間客房。21年剛剛開業。島上設施非常齊全，很多很多餐廳。比較獨特的就是水上房裡有水滑梯可以直接入海。島上的沙灘很好，水質都非常清澈。經常有海龜和鯊魚路過

Thank you for your excellent service and time.
They took care of all the transportation arrangements from Male Airport to the island to Male Airport, and the transfer went smoothly.
I stayed for about 5 days, and there were so many restaurants, leisure activities, and events that I didn't get bored even after staying for 5 days, and I couldn't see them all. It was very fulfilling.
There is also a shuttle bus on the island, which makes it easy to get to where you want to go. The shuttle bus came every few minutes, so I hardly had to wait.
Basically English. Although we are Japanese and did not speak English very well, the agent who could speak Japanese kindly welcomed us. Also, until I left the island, they were always answering my questions on LINE (a communication app) and providing excellent support. (The response was also very quick.)
At every restaurant, people came to greet us and talk about their impressions of the food and things about the island, and we were always in a welcoming mood until the end. All the staff greeted me with a smile and I didn't have a bad impression of any of them.
It was the best vacation ever. thank you very much.
