Very clean, friendly and efficient service. But the memory foam mattress was hot and the HVAC was awful. Made for a lousy nights sleep.

There are things to like about this property. Great location, for one. The room seemed clean, but had a persistent unpleasant odor that was always present. My wife thought it was the "deodorizer" they use. To me it smelled a bit like dead fish. The place was sold out so requesting a move wasn't possible.

The staff is always excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and they have everything you need for a longer stay. No breakfast or restaurant, but you have a full size fridge to get your own breakfast items, and there is always free coffee and water in the lobby, as well as coffee in the room and some food items for purchase in the lobby’s pantry. Low pet fee, and has a dedicated area for walking pets. Good patio area also.
I lived in this hotel for three months and still return, so that says a lot I think.

Hotel was “ehhh”, probably wouldn’t stay again. Showers were low flow shower heads and honestly, one of the worst hotel showers I’ve ever used. The gym only had one working cardio machine of the 3. I reported the other 2 broken on Sunday, when we left Wednesday both were still broken and no out of order sign. Hotel was quiet and staff wasn’t around much; coffee offered but not complimentary. There are far better places to stay in BN.

Overall, the hotel is clean, the services are great.
I was disappointed that there was no breakfast service and no shuttle to the airport.
However, the manager arranged for transportation for me.
