We stayed there 42 nights and tried to stay for a third and they Said we are on the no Said we are on the kno rent list which is An impossibility. we were extremely confused and f****** frustrated as to how this could happen because it's an impossibility altogether. Couldn't ever have f****** happened on top of that? I said Merry Christmas to the b**** and she said. **** younder her breath as I was walking out of the door. If I could give this.
Hotel a lower score I would as far as service.

Hotel very out dated. Room was in need of repairs, toilet barley flushed after several attempts. Room had a bad odor. Fire alarm went off in entire area for several minutes. Would not revisit this hotel.

The property was next to an In and Out Burger fast food business. It was very noise at night. There was motorcycles racing, trucks driving by, trash trucks in the early morning. Lots of screaming, and partying. I felt very unsafe to even go outside. The bathtub did not drain. The room was like a cheap motel 6. Do not stay here.

The room was extremely clean. All furniture in good shape. The only issue was the refrigerator door was off set and had to be lifted in order to close completely. It was located next to an in and out burger place which made traffic hectic during peak hours.

The service was good. The maids were very helpful and friendly. When I entered the room though, it was very musty and smelled like cigarettes, even though this is a non smoking hotel. The floor of my room was dirty too, but the sheets and towels were clean. Overall it was ok. There were also several homeless folks hanging out on the property.

I booked this over-nighter of a trip for my beloved Mother Dar and my awesome Godmother & Aunt Pam who were traveling the night before the medical appointment so they would not have to battle traffic on the day of the medical appointment.
They both reported the property was clean and the people helpful; genuinely so...
They RAVED about the complimentary breakfast and said they truly enjoyed their stay also appreciating how "safe the property and our room was".
Thank you to the powers that be at this establishment, for providing a safe hide-a-way in an otherwise concrete jungle of a world. :) Jana
