Everything about this accomodation was fantastic. Location had on street free parking, was secure, immaculately clean. Reception very helpful. Very good value for money. Will be back.

They upgraded my single bed to a queen bed at no cost, the street is very quiet so sleeping is no issue.
Pillows weren’t the best is my only bad feedback.

My partner and I were initially only planning to stay here for the first part of our trip to Melbourne, but ended up staying the whole month. The proprietor (Lisa) and her team were very attentive to our needs and were easy to get ahold of if you needed anything. The in building laundry was great. Also loved the location. It was a short train tram ride into the CBD. Plenty of street parking in the area as well. Would definitely stay again!

We had the most incredible stay at Melrose Apartments- we cannot recommend it enough! We initially had a motel booked around the corner but are so glad that we decided to go with this property instead. Lisa, who manages the place, is the most incredible person- she was flexible, available, even switched out our laundry for us! And Truffles, Lisa’s dog, is the sweetest thing. The location, condition, service- everything was beyond top notch. Thank you!!

Loved the location, so close to public transport and an interesting but safe area to walk around. Plentiful and varied food options nearby. Lovely lady on reception to answer queries but otherwise I was left in peace. The apartment was small but clean and beautifully quiet.
I will be back again!

These comfortable, clean and affordable apartments are just a 10 minute tram ride from Melbourne. Lisa the manager is so helpful and welcoming and adds that personal touch to your visit. The supermarket is just a short walk away along with a coffee house and a couple of bars. We travelled over from South Wales and Melbourne was the third part of our visit after the Blue Mountains and Sydney. We just loved the place. These apartments were just what we needed.
