Requested a ground floor bedroom due to being pregnant. Was reluctantly given one only to be checked in to somebody elses room (with them inside!) - this raises so many concerns around the rooms security. Went back to reception only to be checked into a 2nd floor room further away than the original allocation. Would not return.

Totally regret booking there, by the first impression from the reception then dirty snd stained duvet and mattress cover. Some other minor issues on top of the dirt on the floor edges in the bathroom. Stuck tiny hairs on the tiles in bathroom also some found on the mattress cover too. Pre booked breakfast was not quite fresh on the sticky table and jammy fork and spoon. A bad Premier Inn so far

Both the hotel and Beefeater next door are both showing serious signs of wear and need to be refurbished.

A very standard PI. You expect clean and comfortable and this hotel met that standard . Sadly the previous guest had been a smoker and had smoked in the room. I got a free breakfast as compensation. The breakfast was buffet style and very acceptable.

We were not disappointed with our stay. When we checked in we were greeted by a lovely young lady who offered to make table bookings for us. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The drive to Stratford upon Avon was easy. We enjoyed our weekend

Grim and desperately in need of renovation and a deep clean.Breakfast was cold and uninviting and not worth the money. The receptionist was behind the desk in her dressing gown.!! Have stayed in Premier Inns before but this was by far the worst.

Comfy bed, clean room and fantastic breakfast, plenty parking, costa and kfc a stroll from the hotel and a garden Centre next door great for a Sunday browse before we went home to Scotland. Will come again

Let down by table not reserved by reception for breakfast ,staff at the restaurant found us a table for 6 people but it was rushed as only had 45mins for next booking, so didn't enjoy breakfast by the time we got tea, toast etc not much time left to eat.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. They were also very helpful. The location was perfect but sadly this particular Premier Inn needed renovation work. New carpets would be a great start as the ones on the first floor smelled terrible. Our initial room had a bad leak in the bathroom so we were moved instantly to a room on the ground floor. Very happy with that.
