Big rooms, but outdated, not much tv channels.Very loud noise from next door.

Check in was very easy and the staff was extremely friendly. Also we came across Edith from the housekeeping team several times and she was awesome. I would definitely stay there again!

There were things in our room left behind by previous guests. The heater was very loud and the switch was broken so we couldn’t turn it off. We tried to call to the front desk but the phone was broken. When we got up on Sunday there was no hot water and had to take cold showers. I mentioned all this to the front desk. They took my number and said the manager would call us. After leaving several voicemails for the manager over the past week I still have not received a call from him. I would like the $186.67 charge taken off my credit card. Thank you.

the bathroom was to small and the fitness center had nothing to do. Just two bikes that is nothing. plus restuarants dont stay open late

The shuttle to Mohegan & Dove bath products were excellent amenities. The room was dated, broken & stained ceiling tiles, bathtub has been patched.

This hotel needs a drastic facelift (or tear down). It was dingy and seemed dirty, even if it had just been cleaned. The furniture was dated. The rug seemed gross - I didn't want to step on it barefoot. We could see the box springs and they looked old and gross. There is some good news - the bed was fairly comfortable and the room was very large. The lobby smells like chlorine from the pool and the bar and lobby looked depressing. For the price we paid, we were very disappointed. There are many other hotels in the area - avoid this one if possible.

Checked in and they gave us a room that wasn't cleaned, trash everywhere. After getting another room we went to the pool and it was disgusting, we got in it and there where things floating all over. Will not return.
