We loved the hotel, but the check-in and check-out were extremely slow. My check-out took more than 15 minutes!! Unbelievable!

We really enjoyed the excellent service and all the comfort that the hotel offers in addition to a wonderful breakfast.
The pools with thermal water are a great option for those who want to relax and enjoy a good rest in the wonderful city of Gramado.
For those who love to exercise, they also have a complete and super inviting gym!
We love the stay!

Agradável, mas poderiam melhor o cafe da manhã para atender pessoas com restrição a gluten e caseina.
Aa comidas sem estes ingrediantes poderiam ficar num local separado das demais p não contaminar. E os funciinarios poderiam ter conhecimento da importância de atender as necessidades destas clientes.
