4/5Very GoodOnly responsible for cleaning once during the stay, the outdoor hot spring observatory is good, the room is large and can actually accommodate four people. It is very convenient to go to the cable car and it takes 5 minutes to walk. It is close to Datang Commercial Street and Hot Spring Street. Skiing is top-notch in the Japanese ski resorts, and it goes well. The bus from Iiyama Station is directly accessible to the hotel. Passing through the Hell Valley Wild Ape Park.

4.5/5ExcellentI like Nozawa Onsen, honesty, life, and eating is the best in several ski resorts in Japan. This hotel is well-formed, the highlight is the small open-air breeze that comes with the room, a day of skiing to soak up and relax. There is a small restaurant at the door of the hotel that specializes in dong food. The taste is very good. The magic thing was that the door opened at about half past five. We ate at six and the last order came at half past six. I don't know why.

3.7/5We stayed for four nights in a log room with separate toilet and bathroom. The most memorable thing about the hotel is the good breakfast. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows of the breakfast room is also good. The room layout is not very convenient. Without any storage space, the luggage was spread out on the ground. The carpet was old and musty. Toilets and bathrooms are on the side of a narrow corridor, and it is inconvenient to open and close the door. The hotel's outdoor hot spring landscape is okay. But the hot spring is very small. Hotel service is really average. Stayed a total of four nights. On the first day, I asked the front desk to order a dinner. The front desk staff was very friendly to help. But in the next few days, other Japanese-speaking staff members not only did not help with booking. When I asked about the opening hours of a restaurant, I was told that he can only know if he went there. This is obviously not wanting to help and raise the bar. The hotel is very far from the ski lifts. I will not stay here next time.

5/5PerfectThere is a bus from Iiyama Station to Nozawaonsen Village. The village is highly international, and Christmas is all foreigners. Dining is also diverse. The hotel is in the village, the location is quiet, and the view is good. Especially outdoor hot springs, very good view and experience. The hotel breakfast was great. The room is super spacious and suitable for children.

The second stay was very good and the service was much better than last time, and I will continue to do this next time. It was very snowy and satisfied this time. The waiter warmly told me how to play, how to go to the snow, and how to make a restaurant reservation. A great trip.
