We stayed at Nattha Waree Hot Springs Resort before, and it was ok. This time stayed for two nights, Oct 06 and Oct 7, 2022 It was a big disappointment; the reception staff did not help check it. Our room had NO cold water, only boiling water... There was no room cleaning, but we did get fresh towels. Airline-type breakfast at its worth the same unhelpful reception staff. It was a bad experience. I hope Nattha Waree Hot Springs Resort can hire better staff.

The best hot springs in the area, would recommend to everyone who want to improve their health.

Interesting hotel, convenient to stay, having transport. Convenient to go to Emerald pool and Hot steam waterfall. Picturesque territory, a little outdated, of course, but the cost of living is not so high. The rooms are not bad, the beds are comfortable. For lovers of hot springs, like us, a great place.

We love this hotel and whenever we have the opportunity, we come to soak in the hot baths, there is always a great atmosphere here, it is nice that they remember us and wait for us.

Hotel too badly located no taxi no grab or Bolt agrees to come and pick us up at the hotel! Mediocre breakfast at 10am sharp they remove everything quickly even the water 😰 no shops nearby you have to walk 20min to only have a 7-eleven! The hotel makes no effort with languages ​​you have to translate into Thai! Swimming pool not clean at all! Food not good to avoid! You have to have a vehicle if you want to stay here we were wrong Krabi is in fact a huge city you should have booked in Ao Nang in short luckily we came across a couple in this hotel who had a vehicle they drove 1 hour so we could find a scooter rental! The beach is also 1 hour away by car in short run away zero value for money 😰😰😰 on the other hand beautiful and large room only! Do not change the trash do not change the towels! Do not clean during your stay!

The room is not very clean, there is some dust, the air conditioner is loud, but other facilities are good. A la carte breakfast has many choices. There is a swimming pool and a natural hot pool to soak in.

The pond is dirty and has a lot of leaves. The room has spider webs. Not ready to stay Because there is no access to the TV Waiting for the technician to come and install it for me took a long time, but the air conditioner was cool. There is no bathtub navel plug. Run and ask 3 times to get it. But the bathroom is clean. Accommodates 3 people, but supplies are set for 2. Had to run and ask for 1 more set of items. But the room is spacious.

Some people like this place, some don't, but we love this old hotel. By the way, keep in mind that it is better to take some provisions for the evening with you - the nearest store is quite far away (2-3 km.)

The room is big, clean, the service is very good. Used the service more than 10 times, soaking in the hot pool helps relax muscles, sleep well, and relieve aches and pains.
