Araliya Green Hills Hotel

The worst service I have ever encountered in more than 70 hotels in more than 20 countries. When I booked a hotel with Ctrip, the front desk said that Ctrip didn't pay them and asked me to communicate with Ctrip about the money. It was the first time I encountered a money issue in my backend and asked the customer to communicate with me. An hour later, Ctrip took care of it. They said my order did not include breakfast, even though breakfast was included in the room rate. I had to pay another $33.50 and pay it immediately. They couldn't swipe my VISA with a built-in chip. I took out two 20-dollar bills and handed them to the front desk, who actually rubbed the banknotes in front of me and said with a playful smile that there was something wrong with one of the 20-dollar bills. This money was withdrawn from an ATM in Sri Lanka. I have never seen such disgusting things before. After paying for the service, I was told that the receipt would not be provided until the next day. What kind of rule is this? No apology for a check-in that took 1 hour and 20 minutes! When we arrived at the room, the sun was almost setting. The room was in a corner on the second floor. Outside the window was the truck garage next door. There was no view at all. I was about to take a rest when suddenly there was a coughing sound in the room. I was startled. There was a wooden door in the room. Connected to the next room, you can clearly hear the next door talking and coughing! *************Ctrip helped me coordinate a room change at around 9pm. The quilt was very thin, there was no air conditioning, and the electric heater not only didn't work very well, but it was also very noisy. The overall experience was very poor! In Noir, the weather on the mountain is relatively cold. There is heating in the house, but the room facilities are a bit old. The hotel is very beautiful, with a British-style design, a green roof and white walls. It is very beautiful.
