although it is a smoking free hotel, our room smelled like cigarettes smoke! the waiter (bold hair, black shirt and pants) was very rude at the dinner. as we booked halbpension, i thought that the whole buffet is included, i did not know that the small buffet by the piano is exclusively prepared for the ski group, so i wanted to scoop some mashed potatoes for my daughter. he started to yell at us. my daughter ended up crying for the potatoes and he did not bother to apologize! we've been guests of this hotel for several years but i think he already made me rethink it.

We had a overall great stay at this property during our trip to Allgäu-Oberstdorf. The hotel room was spacious and clean, furniture were a little dated, but still in good condition. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, staff and service were friendly. Would definitely stay again when I’m the area.

I loved my stay in Alpenhotel Oberstdorf, Outside the town, for relaxing time to spend. Room was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was a wide range of food, which I liked. Also dinner has a buffet with vegetables , salads ,breads and desserts, moreover you could order your main from a la carte menu. It has a pool on the ground floor and massage room, plus a bar. All in all, a lovely place to relax and spend your holiday.

Wir waren schon mehrmals in Ihrem Hotel und haben uns auch dieses Mal wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Matratzen, Decken und Kissen waren in bestem Zustand. Das E ssen, Hauptgang wird, im Gegensatz zu früher, jetzt serviert, was wir sehr gut empfanden. Das Abendessen und auch das Frühstück, ließen in Qualität, Vielfalt und Menge nichts zu wünschen übrig. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Das viele Treppensteigen, wenn man nicht im Haupthaus ist muss man mögen, für ältere Leute anstrengend, unser Zimmer könnte eine neue Anpassung an 2024 vertragen, aber ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, können wir mit ruhigen Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Die Lage ist für Leute mit Hund ideal geeignet

der Welness-u-Poolbereich ist für die Grösse der Hotelanlage viel zu klein!!!°!die Anzahl der Liegen zu gering.wir hatten keine Chance an nur einem Tag am Nachmittag einen Platz zu bekommen .Schade,da ansonsten alles gepasst hat.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist hervorragend. Sauberer, überschaubarer Wellnessbereich zum wohlfühlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, das ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr lecker und man vermisst absolut nichts. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Es gab sehr bequeme Betten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Der Wellnessbereich ist etwas klein, aber wenn man zum wandern oder Skifahren kommt, spielt das keine Rolle. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
