We booked a one night stay. The room was like a sauna, no AC. I inquired and was told they had no idea when it would be fixed. The hall was cool??? No effort to move us, stated the problem was with all rooms. The entry area was cool??? We did not stay, the temperature was stuck on 31.5C°. Do not recommend this hotel, they could have notified us about the problem as we booked it several days in advance. Very unprofessional, did not offer any compensation. Never use this hotel chain again.

In the room it was cold that was not normal and the heating did not rise above 16 degrees all night. We had to go to bed dressed. And in the hotel restaurant they didn't have anything for dinner, the excuse they gave me was that the cook was new and didn't know how to cook. Never in all the trips I have made have I come across anything like it, and look, I travel a lot. The only saving grace was the reception staff.
