Приехали на 5й этаж полдевятого вечера с коллегой- никто на звонок не открыл, позвонили по номеру телефона, получили ответ: кто вам сказал, что на рецепции кто- то должен быть, ресепшн после 20:00 не работает. Как поселится?- ничем не можем помочь. Потом перезвонил и насмешливо сказал, что мы и выйти не сможем, так как у нас нет магнитного ключа и придётся делать онлайн- регистрацию, чтобы войти все- таки внутрь- так и не поняла каким образом. На вопрос- а как же безопасность жильцов и сохранность вещей- получила ответ: думаете девочка на рецепции вам чем- то поможет?! Желание было- просто уйти и не слушать этот бред, мы все- таки выбрались оттуда, никогда, никому не рекомендую эту халтуру под названием отель. Достаточно широкий выбор мест, где можно поселиться с сервисом и вежливым персоналом. Удивлена, что Tripadvisor им дал свою наклейку- она висела на стекле. Странно
