Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Oklahoma City at Northwest Expressway, OK

Me and my daughter checked into this hotel and found the first room toilet didn't work. Went to the front desk and was put into another room. Found bed bug crawling up the side of the bed. We chose to leave. The lobby staff that checked us in for a 3 night stay didn't even ask why we were leaving at 1am, simply said "put the key on the counter". We left to stay at another hotel after wasting the cost of 3 nights. Then 3 days later we are charged another $85 charge and Choice Hotels has no idea why, referred us back to the location. So three messages later and being told the manager will call back and still no reply. I have stayed an several Country Inn & Suites with no problem but this location is the worst I have ever been to. Do not book at this hotel!!!!

It has bed bugs we check in at 1 in the morning we left the property at 5 am cause of bed bugs in bed

Nothing unique about old, unkempt, dilapidating building. I booked an upgraded King Suite for comfortable seating as my husband and I are senior. We were given a Standard King room and told not help would be provided to change the accommodation, only to contact 3rd party booking company for any expectations of anything else. The room was dingy. 2 of four lamps flickered if bumped or moved. Tile grout discusting. Handicap shower chair was even worse. Obvious holes in drywall around bathroom floor area. Bedskirt completely torn off one edge on foot of bed, very obvious with the way the bed was made. The breakfast selections were limited at best. Cereal was probably the best option, if you trust milk was ok. Toast and peanut butter/jelly available also. Biscuits provided were hard and dry. Gravy was thin, no taste. Eggs were frozen egg patties heated up. No type of bacon/sausages or even pastries. Cream cheese cups were available but no bagels or other item to use it on. We were told we could only consume the complimentary breakfast in the dining area not our room. The attendant in the breakfast area was hard to understand. Felt like being in grade school with principal watching over your shoulder.

It was just okay. Not enough towels and staff didnt want to give more only gave 1 towel. It was just okay thought the stay would of been better service.

The room just a had a lot of small things wrong with it- in particular the bathroom but we just stayed for one night so we didn’t complain. The cleanliness and water leaks in the room and lobby were a concern.

Room not very clean. Bedding seems old. Bed skirt torn and bed not made well. Bathroom has mold in shower and in corners. Bed super uncomfortable. Not happy that you cant take breakfast to your room. Although nothing about it looked appetizing.You have to stay downstairs to have breakfast. Owner was sitting in dining area watching to make sure. Lol Will not be returning.

Friendly staff, hot breakfast with biscuit gravy egg, toast, 4 types of cereal, milk, juices, yogurt, oatmeal, tea, and coffee. Only negative was that the bathtub paint was peeling and a bath mat was placed over it, but it was a cheap, warm place with decent breakfast included.

I had a wonderful time with my family. Esther was really helpful, she went beyond her duties. She was so polite and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.

They don’t clean your rooms so if you ran out of coffee or towels , you’re out of luck Cold water didn’t work , only hot water. Location isn’t the greatest.
