Our room was very noisy from traffic. Guest upstairs was very loud. When the hotel is not busy they should not put guests next to each other or above one another.

Nice hotel, average cleanliness, refrigerator and microwave in room. The manager was on site making updates and repairs as needed.

I think overall our stay was good except for the last night when the window shade fell down on my wife. The manager wasn't concentered about it at all and said " oh just an accident". She wasn't hurt but he didn't offer an apology or even a bottle of water to say sorry.
