Throughout the hotel it was really clean, cleaners working all day to keep everywhere clean and tidy. Rooms and balconies are not the biggest but adequate, toiletries supplied, hairdryer, good shower, towels changed daily, sheets every 3 days, aircon, mini bar with 4 small bottles of water, 1 can larger, 4 other pop cans, 1 small carton of milk, tea bags, coffee, all topped up daily. Bed was comfy and 2 pillows each. Food was really great, loads of choices for every meal and plenty of it. Enough staff waiting on for your drinks order. The main pool area is good with bar from 10am till 2am but you have to pay after midnight, snacks from 12.30 to 4 which were fine. Around the main pool is where the entertainment team work very hard, with darts, bingo, water polo etc and various acts on at night time, so can be a bit noisy at times. Smaller pool with bar upstairs for adults only, nice and quiet. Another bar is open 10am to midnight (strictly). There are quite a few steps to navigate around the hotel so not suitable if you have walking problems. One side of the hotel is located very close to the ***** and the rooms on that side and some towards the middle of the hotel will get the boom boom noise of the bars up until 1am, then some of them close their doors which makes it slightly better, but you can still hear the noise (sorry but I can't call it music). The bulk of the staff at the hotel were very friendly, I think there was a language barrier with some staff though. All in all the hotel was very good.
