Hello everyone!
We stayed at Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha Bay from October 3rd to 10th, 2025.
The hotel’s location is convenient — not right next to the main attractions, but getting there from Naha Airport is easy. There’s a direct airport bus that takes about an hour and a half and stops right at the hotel entrance.
When we checked in, we were first given a room on a lower floor, even though we had asked for a higher one when booking. The next day, the staff kindly moved us — really great service and attention to detail.
We chose the half-board option (breakfast and dinner). The food was excellent — tasty, diverse, and offered in several themed areas: European, Japanese, Chinese, and Okinawan.
Besides the main restaurant, there are plenty of other places to eat on-site — a BBQ area, Japanese izakaya, dessert buffet, and a cozy traditional café.
The beach is small but very clean, with lifeguards always on duty. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented for a small fee, and towels are available for free with hotel coupons.
The hotel itself wasn’t crowded, which made it peaceful and relaxing.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Some parts of the interior look a bit dated, but that’s easily balanced by the stunning ocean views, fair pricing, and overall comfort.
All in all, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a calm, relaxing getaway surrounded by beautiful scenery.

I had a decent stay here. The hotel is nicely located and has a lot of different restaurants and facilities for guests. I particularly liked the BBQ restaurant. It was a nice surprise getting dinner discount vouchers and also a massage voucher. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a let down was the lack of water replacement in the rooms. I got a voucher for one bottle of mineral water, but not enough for each day. The hotel is also very dated and needs a revamp. The room had a bit of a smell in it, and lots of stains on the carpet. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, but the food at times tasted a bit stale. The hotel has potential of being exceptional if they took time to renovate the rooms and make minor adjustments to breakfast. Overall I had a good stay.

Since 2015, we have visited this hotel numerous times and always enjoyed its wide array of amenities. The hotel features a game room, public bath, spa, and sauna, ensuring guests have plenty of ways to relax and unwind. Additionally, it offers a diverse menu of activities, including unique marine sports, making it perfect for those seeking adventure. Situated within the Okinawa National Beach Park, the hotel provides easy access to the beach, allowing guests to step out and enjoy the beautiful coastline.
The hotel also houses three stores, offering convenient shopping options at any time. We especially appreciated receiving free coupons when room service wasn’t required. Breakfast at the hotel is truly exceptional, with a variety of choices available. We particularly enjoyed the sushi bowls served on two mornings during our stay. The dining area is thoughtfully designed, with both indoor and outdoor seating that ensures privacy between tables. Dining while gazing at the stunning sea view was a delightful experience.
However, one issue marred our otherwise pleasant stay. On the night of our arrival, two family members used the public bath and were informed that the fee was 300 yen per person. Yet, upon checkout, we discovered we had been charged 1800 yen for their visit. Despite asking the receptionist twice for clarification, she insisted this was the correct charge for two people. My family members noted that other guests had paid 300 yen in cash before entering the bath, but since they didn’t have cash on hand, the fee was billed to our room. This discrepancy felt unfair and left us disappointed.
Overall, despite this billing issue, we greatly enjoyed our time at Rizza Sea Park Hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Excellent family vacation hotel. Nice indoor and outdoor pool . Private beach. Many restaurants to choose from and a cozy beach light meal restaurant by the beach. Mini supermarket and other amenities to suit customers. Parking fee is very reasonable plus superb friendly staff.

房間比想象中好，雖然裝修很old school，但乾淨整潔而且房間挺大的，床也挺大，帶娃睡一點也不擠。我們去的幾天天氣不好，海水不好看，海灘上的小童遊樂設施我們就沒有玩，室外泳池和室內泳池都有小童滑滑梯，中規中矩，並沒有很大，衹是該有的都有。臨走前和前台説我要去機場，就幫我預訂了大巴，一個半小時不到就到機場了，都不用走到外面公交車站等車，這個大巴來的非常準確。
我們酒店定的很臨時，還是暑期旺季去的（雖然刮颱風但這個時間段的其他酒店好貴！！），這家2000多包兩大一小早餐我覺得性價比還是不錯的了。
吃的方面，早餐巨多巨多，你想吃的幾乎都能找到，另外他們的自助晚餐性價比非常高，吃的日式那家店，用了酒店給的9折券一個人才一百出頭，能自己做刺身飯，口味也不錯。
最後，收費的內容非常多，所以住在這裏度假感少了一些哦

The breakfast is excellent.
1 of my stay there is 2 restaurant to choose from.
There is other restaurants too, where u can have ur dinner here too.
Souvenir store, games room, playroom for kids are all inside this resort.
Design of the hotel is a bit old style but facilities are all good.
Family mart is very near.
