The view is good. The restaurant fecility and the restaurant hospitality is excellent. The rooms need to be cleaned a little bit more. Overall.. It has Excellent ambience and its a nice place to stay in ooty. The total experience is quite ok and the resort is a good family retreat in ooty. Thank you.

Situated just slightly out of town this is certainly one of the nicest hotels in my month long time in India. My room was super comfortable as was the bed. There was a hot shower ( a rarity sometimes ) and my delicious evening meal was served in my room. A buffet breakfast was included in the price. I must mention Shoba the receptionist who was excellent and dealt easily with all my queries and allowed me keep my room longer than the official check out time.

Hotel is awesome staff also very cooperative and helpful. HOTEL is very neat and clean. Food s are delicious ang hygienic. Hotel service also good, whenever we called ontime they reach and very politely they speak. Highly recommended in ooty.

Dining Area was too small in size, it should be spacious. The food quantity and quality has to be increased. The hotel property has to be maintained properly (Housekeeping services etc.,). The amount we paid was not worthy... The improvements required in all areas.

The Hotel Location is not good. room size is small. The Bathroom ceiling had leakage. bathroom tiles were not cleaned. Breakfast menu items were not good and service during break fast was poor. The food quality was poor POP room interior was broken

Food and Services are good. Breakfast was also good, good location, but few rooms only have valley view, Others are even no window and no view.

Property location is fine but food was terrible and service was more terrible than food as at buffet no food available even at start of timing and no staff for addressing any food request, no cutlery?? Yes no cutlery at buffet we drank coffee in glass
