Peace and calm place, with nice breakfast. Staffs are good and the rooms are clean

No service, no cleaning, most of the electrical sockets not working and in pathetic condition, all the rooms were damp, left on our own at the property. Unwashed towels and broken taps and geysers not working, only the breakfast was good because that was in their other hotel in the opposite road. Never stayed in such a bad condition ever in life.

Very bad experience. No proper basic facilities like kettle, hot water, blanket, toilet broken, did not follow check in time and no towel. Everything we have to ask. Too bad
i would not recommend hill crest metro. But staff tried to help. Hotel owner has to look into this.

hotel ki kaur rakhi hai room kisi dusre hotel me-in dete hain. Main e inko bola ki yah hotel to dusra hai main e jo photo me-in dikh raha hai v ah room to hai hi nah-in unhone bola usmein to guest hi nah-in hai auro yah hotel band hai v ah to aap hotel christian me-in ruko yah
