This hotel has the best view , food and rooms Hotel staff is welcoming specially Shekhar ji he is the oldest staff and provided us heater hot water bags after long day trips .We stayed for two nights with 3 year old must day worth it . My kid too enjoyed as everything was easily accessible n could play in natural placement.

Wowww I have to say that my experience with this hotel was amazing the hotel and food are so perfect I recommend all the honeymoon couples this hotel you will have such a memorable experience and the stuff here are so much friendly and very good service

Excellent place to stay with good staff thanks to Mr. Marshall , Mr. ***oj , Mr. Shashi Very cooperative and guided us in the stay Last but not least very good food , taste was excellent Over all a very good experience Thank you Sure will visit again shortly

The staff was outstanding and the continental food was great! All in all a good experience! The location and views are great too! Don’t go in season time, roads in ooty are completely blocked! I would definitely go and stay again during the off season..

Overall experience good.. Front office staff very friendly... Earls restaurant food outstanding... But they have no recreation area and dont allow to play also in the available space citing garden which I felt very negative... We took cricket and football with us to play as we were given a false feedback from the hotel that we can play when we called the resort 2-3 days before check in...so the amount being charged from us is very high with minimum facilities... Also breakfast in the restaurant refilling of finished items are very delayee

Still holds the old time charm …having dinner next to fire place was awesome experience…food is superb…staff was very helpful n supportive…highly recommended…location is also good not far from market and situated on a hillock..only missing thing was non availability of liquor….soon they are getting license for that also as mentioned by staff

Had a wonderful stay in this nice hotel. All were friendly especially ***oj, Renuka, Anand and Shanthi. Always helpful and made our stay a pleasant one. Especially for our little one. Food is good and menu was enough. Finally a nice place for a getaway night.
