Hotel Medina

Stale room, camphor smells, the water from the water tap and in the cistern was blood red with rust. I ran the water for a long time it remained orange. When I told the staff they were indifferent. I asked for a refund and the receptionist said he would have to check with the manager, who he had to call. When i returned to the reception, the receptionist had left the building. Very poor. This hotel should be removed from you listings.

Hotel bad , reception staff not professional , hot water in shower not available, internet not available, beak fast machine coffee not available , mineral water bottle not available, room not clean properly , price high should be less by this issues ?
