I loved that the beach was juat a few steps away. I enjoyed the pool bar and restaurants however, what I didn't like was that we were denied access to a few restaurants. One restaurant even told us we had to make reservations when all this time we were told first come first served.

The facility decor is a bit out dated, but the hotel rooms and entire resort is well taken care of and clean. Food was really delicious, recommend the fusion japanese restaurant, and the buffets had tons of great options. Rhe one hour scuba diving and paddle boarding is included but we didnt find this out till late.

Staff was very accommodating. Food was good. I've read some bad reviews but many good ones; have to say this was a positive experience and we will go back.

Nice place to stay. With just a few issues people reserving beach chairs by the pool very early in the morning then not showing up to use them till middle of the day not fair for those who want to sit or lay in one of the lounge chairs
The resort has very few entertainment in the night making it a little boring at night

The room was great! They accommodated us and put us on the first floor. Easy access to everything. The pool was great and the beach amazing.

The hotel and staff are wonderful. I would highly recommend it. The only thing I would comment on is that sheets and towels need to be replaced, some are torn and weathered.

We enjoyed our stay in Aruba. The Riu Palace was very nice the food and drink was excellent with many choices. Looking forward to returning soon in the future.

Great time on the island! We did all inclusive and the service was terrific. Tons of activities close by and on the resort. We will definitely be doing it again!

All inclusive food and drinks even the rooms mini bars.. No need to wander far from the property as everything is available..
The 2 breakfast/ lunch restaurants are buffet style the 4 nightly restaurants offers Japanese, Italian, French and Steak house menus all with great selections of food served in more formal settings.
The staff is wonderful and always friendly and do their best to make you feel welcome.
The only real suggestion I would make is to upgrade the nightly entertainment offered as the staff try's their best to entertain guest nightly the quality would be greatly improved if professional entertainment was provided for guest.
