Everything in the rooms needs to be replaced. Lamps are very old and hardly work. A/C units need replacing. We had to change rooms because of this issue. Beds are extremely hard and need replacing. Pillows are inadequate and need replacing.

I book via ******* and arrive at 11am… everything was as planned.
I make the check in and take a nap at 6pm. When i wakeup there were 2 cockroaches under my shoes, i start packing up… found 2 more under my portfolio…
Immediately i ask to change my room and in the new room , at the entrance it was again a cockroach…
They change my room a 3 time… and same story.
I try them to cancel and refund me … and they keep my money

I have stayed there twice. I like it. It's pleasant and the staff are professional and responsive to requests.
My only suggestion is that the food in the restaurant could stand some improvement.

Se encuentra maltratado la habitación 314 no servia el ac me cambiaron a la 317 funcionaba la imagen del ac sucio y maltratado.
El control de la tv no servía a penas y daba imagen clara.

Pagué anticipado los desayunos, estuvieron muy limitados, no ofrecen fruta ni jugos, al pedir jugo de naranja resultó artificial, terriblemente azucarado.
Hace varios años me hospedé dos ocasiones en Misión León, resultó muy agradable pero este de Orizaba me pareció viejo, le hace falta modernizarlo
