We are very please with the amenities as well as the staff. Everything was clean and in working condition. The juke box in the lounge is still in perfect condition and made our day when we got to play som oldies but goodies. The breakfast buffet was worth it. And really good.

We booked this a night before and I was surprise that it was so cheap. Even though we stayed here just 1night, we totally enjoyed it. The best part was its location. Loved the view. its just need some upgrade with the furnitures but since its really cheap. i can’t complain. 😊

Value of the room is good for its price. a bit outdated though as the carpet looks old already. heater did not work so just have to turn off the aircon as it was really cold during my stay. has a convenience store, play room, restaurant and bar within the hotel premises.

I was real pleased with check-in and my room. I was really surprised of some of the things in the room. I have stayed in many hotel rooms where the sink is separated from the toilet and the bathtub. Well. This is the same scenario, but there was a sliding door that was kept you private around the sink, which I think is a very good idea. I love it. It was really great. Then I had another surprise in the bathtub. I have never stayed at a hotel that actually had a rubber mat to go on the bottom of the tub. I don't know how many times I've stayed in a hotel and almost broke my neck cuz a tub of slick. I love the idea of putting a rubber mat for the bathtub. It was great!!!! Front desk was very friendly and very helpful when I checked in and also when I checked out. Enjoyed my stay at the Rosen international inn

It has a competitive price. The location is good. Close to some famous restaurants and cafes.

Location was great. Breakfast is not included but is very good and in a good price. Ac was great. Free shuttle to universal studios. A bit of smell in the rooms.

Pleasant stay in a decent location however the property does seem to have deteriorated since my last stay, the cleanliness being an area that seems to have dipped. My bathroom for example was full of the previous occupants hair which should have been spotted by the housekeeping team. There also seemed to be an issue with elevators in the property at the time of my stay due to a number being out of action.

I would come back again if they changed those mattresses at least for new ones. Those mattresses smell HORRIBLE. The hotel is old but everything is in good condition.

This hotel is far from ICON Park. While I was at the front desk, a nosy and pushy sales lady from the concierge area came over to me and handed me some coupons (I later saw these same coupons at McDonalds for free). Then she tried to get me to purchase theme park tickets. I don't know why Rosen management thinks it's a good idea to have sales people approach tired guests while they're checking in. The first room with double beds that I received was dirty. There was hair in the fridge and other places. The TV and drawer were dusty. The front door wouldn't open at first. And the toilet didn't flush properly. So I requested a different room, which was much better. It faced the highway but I didn't hear any noise. I really like that the rooms have microwaves, mini fridges and coffee makers (though the coffee they supplied was weak and tasteless). Large screen TVs with just a few cable channels. I went swimming in one of the two pools but the water was salty.

the hotel near to fast food restaurant and also near to icon park,but when i wanna check out,the fire alarm in my room was on and make the sound so loud,but it’s weird only my room,i have no idea why it’s happened
