The room was quite nice and the breakfast was very simple. There is a shuttle bus that leaves Universal Studios at 8:50 and returns at 5:30, but if you want to go early, you should take a taxi.

The front desk staff was amazing, very friendly and polite. The rooms are ok. Pillows are not good, I woke up with pain in my neck and during the morning I couldn’t sleep because the housekeeper was talking loud and not respecting the guests even after I called the front desk to complain.

The property was clean and the staff was very nice and welcoming!! I would recommend this property to anyone that would like to stay. This property is also very close to universal studio.

Stay was good. Overall satisfied. Staff is very helpful and did take care of the request I made during booking. Only thing they charge $100 for incidental. Please me sure to get it back at the time of checkout. That was the only hassle we faced.

Staff was very friendly, accommodating and very attentive. The room was clean and they were even able to check us in early. The location is perfect for trips to the park and area was quiet. We brought our dogs with us, and even though we brought our own bags they do have convenience trash/bags on site. Can’t beat the value, we will be returning!

They use so much chemicals to clean the room you and everything you bring in the room will smell like Lysol or bug spray after one night

Staff had no idea what was going on. Took us over 30 min to check in, and we were the only ones there. Very frustrating
