Courtyard New Orleans French Quarter/Iberville

Decent location

Hotel was great, but only 1 elevator working! The valet parking was a bit slow and they were never around you had to go looking for them or knocking on there door so they knew you were there and you needed your car! Overall very nice hotel and close to everything!

The place is great! I loved the two double king-size beds apartments because was seemed like two separate spaces with slide doors. There is an intern aisle to access the Ritz-Carlton Club Jazz Lounge which is amazing!!!

Staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Room was nice but bathroom was tiny, no microwave in room. I would have rated it higher but there were roaches in the hall ways

This hotel was wonderful. The location was perfect for the french Quarters and Canal Street. The room was just what we needed as four adults in a family traveling together. I would stay at this hotel again.

There were a few issues we had with the hotel. Firstly, the guy who checked us in at about 1pm on 12/26/2023 was amazing. We asked where we could refill out water, he said he could take our bottles and refill and he did, assuring us we could come down anytime for a refill. After going out that night and coming back we ask for a refill from someone else, they said “we don’t have a water fountain”, and went back on their phone. Knowing this was a lie, we figured we try again later. The next day, the we assume manager was there, and we asked about refilling our waters. He assured of that anyone at the front desk would take care of it. We came back later asked someone for water, they turned around and handed me a single water bottle. The issue isn’t whether the hotel has a source for water, but rather if we knew there wasn’t going to be water, we’d buy it outside the hotel. But some employees were lazy and didn’t want to help us, when they were supposed to. Secondly during the night our blankets kicked onto the ground, we figured to leave them there and they’d be replaced by housekeeping. Well the bed was just remade instead of replaced and we found crumbs and hair in the bed when we woke up, from the dirty floor. The floor was not swept or vacuumed during the stay, as we noticed the floor was quite dirty as we entered and left the hotel. All in all, the experience didn’t match the price for this hotel we wouldn’t book again in the future.

The staff were very friendly. My wife and I enjoyed visiting a bit each time we walked in they were helpful and gave great suggestions on places to eat and things to do. Beds were comfortable and loved that we had easy walking to everything! THANK YOU for outstanding service and comfortable accommodations. Lisa & Sandy

Great stay! Everyone we encountered at the hotel went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Valet service and check-in was quick and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is within walking distance to Saenger Theater and grreat restaurants.

Great hotel 1 block off of bourbon. They still have some construction going on but the room was brand new and spotless. No safe in the room is theonly thing that i could say was negative with our stay.
