Hotel Magic Sports 4

It was disconnected on the weekend and the refrigerator broke when I got to the room. I fixed it in two hours.

The hotel was fine, unfortunately I had to leave the hotel earlier than planned. I called to inquire about the cancellation policy and was told to send an email. I have sent several and as of today no response from any. Therefore the customer service is terrible.

We enjoyed a lot. We went as a family with small children who had a great time and we liked everything. The varied food and accommodation met expectations, the attention of the outstanding staff. We will be back

We were two adults and two children. The hotel seems more like a 3 star than a 4. The size of the room is good, the mattresses must be quite old because when you sit down they sink quite a bit and when you lie down you move the other person, I think the mattress had like a mattress cover on it. what I could touch. The terrace of the room was very good with beautiful views of the pool. The light in the bathroom was a little insufficient, the countertop was surrounded like a glass the 6 days we were there. The bathtub made me quite sick, the whirlpool thing didn't work. Needless to say, the bathroom was not even reviewed in 6 days. The air conditioning cooled just enough. The hotel staff is very nice. In the restaurant almost every day it was a little difficult to find a table, since they had two rooms but not both were always working, only one. There were times when it was difficult to find one for the high chairs. The pool area and children's entertainment were good, the characters were in the dining room, which the children liked. In general everything was good, especially for the children who enjoyed it the most.

We stayed here as part of today's Mediterranean Epic Triathlon and it was terrible. The hotel is just totally outdated and dirty like nothing I've ever seen. The hallways stink of old cigarette smoke, the ceilings, walls and floors are stained, the rooms are dirty and worn, there is yellow dirt on the bed frames, we fled our first room straight away because the drains smelled so bad. For once the buffet was OK. I would NEVER stay here again.

Ideal hotel for the family and going with children, comfortable rooms, views of the fantastic pools, excellent and varied buffet food. Optimal and ideal playroom service with very friendly instructors, ideal for parents to stay calm and children to enjoy and play. Very good animation. Highly recommended hotel and they had the detail of giving us parents a free pass to 2 parks, the aquatic park and fantasy world where the children had a great time. We will be back. Thank you so much!!

I have always been excited to go to Marina d'Or, a vacation city where I imagine it with lights, animation, music, cleanliness, preparation. We stayed at the Grand Duke 4*. On Friday they did an inflatable activity in the water, they set up the inflatables and in the middle part of the route there was no security guard so that all the children could pass safely and not push each other. There were only two boys, with a chair which they took the children onto the inflatable chatting, my son halfway through the trip, being smaller (4 years old) started to slip, the older children began to pass him by mercilessly. None of them, while my partner who was walking with him, told him to go up the stairs, that I was waiting in front of the slide to pick him up, they didn't let the child pass, the child started crying and screaming, me with my 7 month old daughter in arms, the music very loud and my partner not listening to him, I started to ask for help, until he heard me and came. Today is Saturday, it is raining and we decided to go to the Spa, which, to our surprise, is closed and sealed, giving you the option of going to the pool that is closed, a closed pool that means the temperatures have dropped this weekend and it is raining. I don't feel like anything. Several anthills along the hallway and one in front of the bedroom door. Not to mention the room full of dust, I am allergic to dust. I have had to dust myself with wipes, and clean the floor. It was a gift for my partner to disconnect from the routine, but not recommended!!!! Total disappointment. The staff leaves a lot to be desired, the Spa lifeguard with his feet resting on a table and strength of the spa, that on Friday, the lifeguards talking without any supervision. The staff was burned. No solution for today's rainy days, and they close the Spa
