Hotel Cargo Shinsaibashi

It was convenient to move around as it was located a 5-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station. The building was very large and there was a public bathhouse, so I could relax in the evening after a long walk. I was able to rest comfortably. The staff were friendly and you could leave your luggage, so the location was very convenient and great. The room condition is clean and good, and although the height is low, it is spacious enough to sleep alone, so it is recommended for those traveling alone. However, the soundproofing is not good so please bring earplugs. (This is a chronic problem with capsule hotels, so I don’t think it’s a disadvantage.) Except for soundproofing, I am willing to visit again because the location, service, facilities, and cleanliness are all satisfactory for the price.

There are few eating options nearby, there are Lawson and 711 nearby. The room design is good, but the first cabin is better if you choose. The bed is very hard and thin. It is normal to not sleep well on the first night. It will be easier to get used to it. There is a bathroom on each floor, but the bathroom has no door. You can clearly hear the sound of bathing and washing hands. The large bathtub is too close to the bathing area. You will be splashed by other people's bath water when taking a bath, or the bath foam will bounce into the water. It is actually a bit unhygienic. The chk-in is on the second floor. You have to take the stairs with your luggage to go up. It is not very convenient for people with luggage. The staff service does not feel too much. The service attitude is normal, but compared to Tokyo, Osaka people do not hate tourists as much. Very serious.
