I think i was allergic to the cushions for the first few days. But with this price and its location, i can’t complain. Will still consider about it next time.

It was great value for money, and the location's perfect. But we weren't expecting the level of smoke scent in the room, i know that we booked a smoking room, nonetheless, it was ok. the staff was ok, the check-in and check-out were automated so there's that.

The location is close to the metro station, easy access, self check in & check out system is nice for time-saving, the window view from room is great but there’s not having a handle for the window, might request one from the reception

I’ve never been a believer of the self-check in process, and that’s what they do here. It was smooth though.
Overall, location is next to Osaka castle. This is great. Close to the station as well.
However, I will not stay here again. The AC is only a fan that blows whatever the building’s temperature is set at. Even though it is still warm outside, the buildings AC is set to heating. This made for an unpleasant evening. I kept the fan off the rest of the time, but it still remained quite warm.
The rest of the stay was fine. No complaints other than the AC setting.
