Welina Hotel Dotonbori

Convenient. Clean. And the staff is friendly. The location is too close to Dotonbori.

Overall not too bad if consider cheaper price compared all the other hotels Most Indian front desk has a great service and also a Vietnamese girl. The Japanese front desk gives you a ****ty look each time you went pass by. One male Japanese mid age man at front desk even frown with angry face when I checked out which is really strange lol No amenities basically Old hotel a lot of damage on the wall. not so clean. Location is good

Room is too small hard even just to open the luggage good part is very close the Dotonbori which is one of the must see area of Osaka meanwhile the hotel staff was very helpful.

Very near to dotonburi, the team was very friendly. Only draw back to be is the 10am checkout

I really like this hotel because it’s very near to dotonbori and the staffs are very nice and polite, I also like how the room is, it’s very comfortable and not small as how people described in comments, I like this hotel will book again in future if I want to go to Osaka.

Quite ideally located near to street food and train station.

This is the only hotel we’ve stay that doesn’t have free coffee, limited toiletries and no cleaning policy regardless of number of nights of stay (4nights of stay). 15mins walk to a subway and a bit secluded. I regret staying at this hotel since we compare them with the other hotels in our 13 days in Japan. we stayed in narita, nagoya and tokyo. all I mentioned has their own unique ways to accomodate us with special amenities offered The standard time of checkout is at 10am, we are aware of that, We surrender the first room earlier but the frontdesk wants us to checkout the 2 rooms, we stayed a bit late at 10:38 since my 3 year old son has diarrhea and stomachache, I ask for a consideration and even show some proof but no way for him to understand our situation and charge us 2000yen for the 2rooms. He said he can’t speak english, so I tried using the google translate still, no consideration! and after we pay, he speak english anyways… I will never recommend this hotel, most specially with kids or a family travelers. The room is too small, can’t barely move around though. just a bed and space to restroom

It’s a very nice place with a very close distance to the metro station (exit 7) the room is not big for many luggages but overall very nice to stay.
