Good service and very fast check in procedure. It provided tasty breakfast so that I don't need to worry about it. The guest room is clean and tidy and some minor problem was fixed very quickly by the staff.

Positive: Excellent location! Loved the area with fantastic food options (Blue Bottle, ramen, Sambangai food court) and plenty to do. Fun this area. Negative: Housekeeping needs improvement. We requested cleaning via the door sign, but were woken by a 9:00 AM knock (after late arrival). No cleaning occurred later despite requesting it. When raised, reception cited eco-policy rudely, offering no solutions for smelly trash (like bags or disposal info) or towel replacement. Requesting service shouldn't mean inflexible timing or refusal to address basic needs. Key Issues: 1. Inflexible cleaning timing after request. 2. No follow-up after missed cleaning. 3. Rude reception, no practical solutions offered. 4. Basic amenities (trash/towels) not addressed under "eco" policy.

On our first day, the room was spotless, the receptionist was incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel has a policy for long-term stays where rooms are cleaned every three days unless otherwise requested. My friend and I stayed for six nights, and the room was cleaned on the third day. Housekeeping made the beds and took out the trash, though some items we considered trash were left behind—so it seems we may need to specify what should be thrown away. The mug also wasn’t washed during the cleaning. The hotel offers convenient amenities such as a coffee machine, microwave, coin laundry, and vending machine. Drip coffee and tea were only provided on the first day, likely because there’s a coffee machine available in the lobby. Pajamas and toiletries are also provided at the lobby so you can replace them whenever needed. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great amenities, though a bit more clarity around housekeeping would make the experience even better.

Very convenient location, walking about 5 mins to the train station which can easily take you to Kyoto or other places in Osaka. A lot of eateries around the hotel, convibient store across the street and a few hair salons just at the opposite side of the same block.
